      At the PMA's anniversary, the chair has to be (re)elected.
      Since this was announced rather late this time, the following process has been adotoped:
      - the one independent RP member (who is not eligible to be elected) will be asked to collect candidates (if these want to remain private for a while), and if necessary to collect votes.
      - candidates can present themselves until June 13th (3 weeks)
      - David Groep is wiloing to do it for another term again
      - if there are no counter candidates, DavidG is then re-elected by default
      - if there are mote candidates, the vote collector will colect votes over mail during a 2-week period.
