Description
KM3NeT has developed an automated real-time analysis framework operating on data from its ARCA and ORCA detectors. Events are continuously reconstructed and machine-learning-based algorithms are used for neutrino/muon classification. The framework performs follow-ups of external multi-messenger alerts and monitors for core-collapse supernova neutrino bursts, both already operational, and is in advanced commissioning for the autonomous identification and distribution of cosmic neutrino candidates, with public alerts expected imminently.
