The registration includes all coffee breaks, lunches and conference expenses. The registration fee is 300€ (250€ for early birds when paid before 5 December 2025) for the main TIIME Unconference on Wednesday and Thursday.
To cover costs for the side meetings a 30€ supplementary fee is charged for each workshop day you attend, regardless of whether it is a morning session, afternoon session, or both. You can avail over the catering for each workshop day you registered of course - join for lunch after an intense morning, or prepare for an exhilarating afternoon with a meal as a solid foundation!
We prefer payment via the on-line payment system, which supports debit and credit cards, iDEAL, and bank transfers. We work with Mollie as a channel partner for payment: "Mollie" may show up on your credit statement for this payment.
Registration is not complete until you proceed to checkout and make a payment!
Acceptance of registration
While anyone is very welcome to register and attend TIIME, neither registration nor payment implies eligibility for official invitation letters or support for visa applications by the local organisers. When payment has been irrevocably received (i.e. when chargebacks are no longer possible) we will issue confirmation of payment if so requested.
Substitution of attendance and cancellations
If you can no longer attend the event, you can make a substitution at any time free of charge. All substitution requests must be in writing by mail to the Local Organiser as soon as possible. Cancellation is not possible - also if you don't attend the conference and have paid your registration fee, you will not be refunded. Any exceptional cases will be considered individually. Please remember that individuals are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.
