Discussion meeting: Sustainable travel at Nikhef

In 2019, nearly two-thirds of Nikhef's CO2 footprint was determined by our business travel, especially air travel. This has reduced significantly during Covid, but to realise Nikhef's ambition to be climate neutral in 2030, we will need to: travel less, travel differently, and (as a last resort) carbon compensate.

This meeting (organised by the Sustainability Ambassadors) will provide a platform for the Nikhef community to discuss a possible transition towards policy proposals for more sustainable business travel.
