General Info

The meeting takes place in the building PHS1 (Paul-Henry Spaaklaan 1) of the Faculty of Science and Engineering, Maastricht University. The building is located in the Randwyck area of Maastricht, south-east of the city center. Note that the main entrance is located at address Gaetano Martinolaan 10.

The social event will take place in the city center (roughly 25min by foot from PHS1); you might want to take this into account when looking for accommodation.

Travelling by public transport

The closest train station is Maastricht-Randwyck. From there, you can reach PHS1 in around 5-10min (500m). Arriva trains go from Maastricht central station every 30mins, in addition the train to and from Liège also stops there.

If you come by bus, stops Endepolsdomein (line 15) or Forum MECC (lines 1, 5, 7, 10, 57) are closest.

Travelling by car

Parking is available at the Duboisdomein 30 building (DUB30). The access to the parking is via Leidenlaan. Use the intercom to let reception know you're coming for the Belgian-Dutch meeting, and they will open the gate for you. From DUB30, it is around 5-10min walk to PHS1, where the meeting takes place.

A2/E25 southbound

  • Exit 55: MECC, Randwyck, Academisch Ziekenhuis
  • Turn right onto Oeslingerbaan
  • Follow Oeslingerbaan until the end and turn right on Limburglaan
  • Turn right on Randwycksingel (next intersection)
  • Turn left onto Leidenlaan
  • at end of street in the corner: entrance to the car park on your right

A2/E25 northbound

  • Exit 54: Maastricht Centrum-Zuid, N278
  • Turn left onto N278 towards Maastricht-Centrum
  • Take the next exit (Renier Nafzgerstraat)
  • Turn left on roundabout (towards Gourvernement), onto Limburglaan
  • Turn left onto Randwycksingel (second intersection, sign towards MECC)
  • Turn left onto Leidenlaan
  • at end of street in the corner: entrance to the car park on your right
