Payment Information:
The registration includes all coffee breaks, lunches and conference expenses.
The registration fee is 150€ for PhD holders and 120€ for students before June 1 and 50€ more expensive afterwards for both.
Payment of the fee should be done by bank transfer. Please note that participants from non-European countries should pay attention as sometimes the fees are very high and the workshop cannot cover this. Be sure to include the appropriate payment reference listed below

CANCELLATION:
All refunds requests must be in writing by mail to the Conference Secretary as soon as possible.
The Conference committee reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of part or all of the fee in the case of late cancellation. However, each case of cancellation would be considered individually.
