Assistance: Volunteers will be available on site to help with mounting your posters.

Posters left after this time will be disposed off.
Poster Size and Format
Poster contributions should be prepared in A0 size, portrait orientation (width = 841 mm, height = 1189 mm), with some tolerance allowed.
Please note that there is no poster printing service on site.
Please print your poster in advance and bring it with you to the conference.
Best Poster Awards
Two Best Poster Awards will be selected.
The results will be announced during the Closing Session on October 9th (Friday).
The poster awards at LIDINE 2025 will be sponsored by ??.
