This year will be decisive for the ET-EMR. This meeting provides the opportunity to bring together researchers, institutes and partners from across the entire EMR to connect and exchange ideas to further shape the Einstein Telescope in the EMR region.

 

Preliminary Agenda
The program will provide key updates on scientific, technical, and strategic developments around our shared progress towards the Einstein Telescope:

  • The bidbook status and development.
  • The competitive triangle geometry.
  • Overview of the science & technology activities in EMR.
  • Feasibility studies and site characterization campaigns.
  • Newtonian Noisecurrent challenges and mitigation strategies.
  • Status and updates of the Einstein Telescope Organization (ETO).
  • Updates from the Site Selection Criteria.
  • Update of the MoU of the EMR partner institutes.
