This year will be decisive for the ET-EMR. This meeting provides the opportunity to bring together researchers, institutes and partners from across the entire EMR to connect and exchange ideas to further shape the Einstein Telescope in the EMR region.

- The competitive triangle geometry.
- Overview of the science & technology activities in EMR.
- Feasibility studies and site characterization campaigns.
- Newtonian Noise; current challenges and mitigation strategies.
- Status and updates of the Einstein Telescope Organization (ETO).
- Updates from the Site Selection Criteria.
- Update of the MoU of the EMR partner institutes.
