Accomodations advices
Accommodations in the Amsterdam area can be expensive. We recommend considering options outside of Amsterdam, along the train line towards Hilversum. Nearby cities such as Diemen, Weesp, Naarden, and Bussum offer more affordable choices. For instance, a hotel in Bussum close to the train station allows for a convenient ~20-minute train ride to Nikhef.
Public Transport
For public transport (train, metro, bus), you can buy tickets at various locations, such as central stations, or you can pay directly with your credit card. Please remember to check in and out with your ticket or card when entering and leaving public transport. One exception is the ferry from Central Station to Amsterdam-Nord, which is free of charge. Food
We will provide coffee breaks (including coffee, tea, and snacks) throughout the duration of the workshop. Additionally, we will reserve a table for lunch at the nearby cafeteria, where you can pay by credit card. A social event is also planned.
