ETpathfinder Workshop

The next ETpathfinder workshop will take place in Maastricht on 31st January 2024 (start 1pm) until 2nd February (till 1pm). This meeting aims to bring together ETpathfinder project members with the goal to create insight on the current status of ETpathfinder and plan for the future.

The first day you will enjoy plenary sessions at the Faculty of Science and Engineering building of Maastricht University; Google Maps. You can expect topics such as; op level overview ETpathfinder, Planning first tower installation and commissioning, and updates on the WPs. In the evening you can chose to join the social dinner in the city center of Maastricht.

The workshop moves the next day to the building where the ETpathfinder is located; Google Maps. There will be a mix of parallel sessions related to the WPs and plenary sessions on cryogenics and mile stones.

The parallel sessions continue on the third day with a concluding plenary sessions at the end.

The Meeting at a glance

  • The meeting takes place for the first day at Paul-Henri Spaaklaan and continues the other day at Duboisdomein 30, both outside the city center of Maastricht (see location); closest train station is Maastricht Randwyck
  • The meeting starts around noon on the Jan 31st, and ends on Feb 2nd early afternoon.
  • There is no registration fee for the workshop and for the social dinner (@Pieke Potloed; Google Maps). Please take into account when registering for the dinner that we will pay per person, so please cancel in time if you can't join.
  • Drinks will be provided all three days, with a sandwich lunch on the last two days.
  • Please arrange your own accommodation; we're happy to provide suggestions.

 

Parking

You can park you car at the ETpathfinder Facility (Duboisdomein 30), reachable via the Leidenlaan in Maastricht. There is an intercom at the barrier of the parking lot where you can inform the reception that you are visiting for the ETpathfinder workshop. 

From here it is a 5 minute walk to the Paul-Henri Spaaklaan 1, where the first day of the workshop will take place. 

Please note that the parking lot is accessible from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 20:00 and is inaccessible outside of these hours. Your car can remain on the parkinglot at all times.
