• MD made equialisation on Friday. VP3 was failing. When Kristof tried it worked, but MD could not reproduce.
• Krista is trying to reproduce the errors on the Huber but does not manage yet.
• MD would like to start again 10h30 on Wednesday. Warm cooling.
• Wouter should send Huber service package zip file to Krista

• Martijn is starting the metrology. He knows which grid to use.
