Room: https://zoom.us/my/stanbentvelsen 06. Coordinators were requested to align the WP Governance in the INFRA-DEV proposal with the Board of Governmental Representatives (BGR). 07. All interested countries can join this BSR with a national science representative. 08. France intends to join the BGR on ministerial level 09. After fruitful discussions with CERN management ET hopes to become a CERN recognised experiment. Next opening for applications is in January 2022. The ET collaboration will be asked to prepare the application (Punturo and Lück) 10. After fruitful discussions CERN is open to offer some office space to house part of the ET project office at CERN. 11. The outline of the Vaccuum initiative with CERn and others presented by Ferroni and Van den Brand was fully supported. Ferroni and Van den Brand will take next steps to formalise this project 12. Martinez gave a status report of the Infradev proposal preparations (see indico page last meeting https://indico.nikhef.nl/event/3351/). He will report again in the next meeting with focus on the financial aspects. 13. De Kleuver will contact the BGR to plan a BSR-BGR discussion about the governance WP of the Infradev proposal December. Afirst full draft will be available early December 14. Due to covid developments the ESFRI roadmap launch will be fully remote on 7 December. 15. The planning of all next meetings was changed (see agenda item 7 for details)
