Several comments were already sent on 18/3/2025 w.r.t. the previous draft version of 9 March 2025. They are included in this "complete" version.

line 22: localized -> localised   (I/we take British spelling)

line 41: as later in the text we are using the variable ToT,
I propose to ADD here a short introduction of the ToA and ToT variables, e.g:

Besides the Time-of-Arrival (ToA) of the signals on a pixel, the Timepix3
also measures the Time-over-Threshold (ToT), related to the deposited
charge of the signal.

line 46: 95/3/2 gas -> 95/3/2 %    (or: percent)

line 56: localized -> localised
caused by from -> caused by

page 5, Figure 1, caption, line 2:
unitsi -> units
show in -> shown in

line 98: proces -> process

line 106: in 1 -> in Figure 1

page 6, line 117: 6 GeV.c -> 6 GeV/c

page 7, lines 140-141:
(as also mentioned for previous version): This is WRONG !!
Should be:

divided by 0.7 -> times 0.7    or BETTER  (without any possible confusion):
the line 141 becomes:

MIP response, divided by 0.7 times the mean electron response.

line 143: 20In -> 20\sigma . In
(I hope this interpretation is correct?)

line 148: momentum. -> momentum, but has not been done in this analysis.
(again, I hope I interpret this correctly?)

line 157-158:
The ToT -> The time-over-threshold ToT

line 163: in a high -> in high

page 9, lines 170-171:
do NOT SPLIT "1.4" and "microsec" over two lines

page 10, line 197: localized -> localised

line 201: take care that "1 MeV/c" does NOT SPLIT over two lines,
as it did in the March 9 version

line 206: localized -> localised

page 11, line 211: localized -> localised

line 219: here the (new) reference [6] comes BEFORE the occurrence of [5]
invert the order of the two references in the refs list

page 12, line 232: here is [5]; re-order see above

page 17, lines 303-304:
do NOT SPLIT "6 GeV/c" over two lines
