13:03 → 13:08 2. Decisons and action items last meeting(s)

1. Coordinators were requested to align the WP Governance in the INFRA-DEV proposal with the Board of Governmental Representatives (BGR).
2. All interested countries can join this BSR with a national science representative.
3. France intends to join the BGR on ministerial level
4. After fruitful discussions with CERN management ET hopes to become a CERN recognised experiment. Next opening for applications is in January 2022. The ET collaboration will be asked to prepare the application (Punturo and Lück)
5. After fruitful discussions CERN is open to offer some office space to house part of the ET project office at CERN.
6. Ferroni and Van den Brand will take next steps to formalise the Vacuum project initiative with CERN. This project should start as soon as possible
7. Martinez gave a status report of the Infradev proposal preparations. WP2 (Governance) needs a bit more attention. He will report again in the next meeting with focus on open items in the full draft.
